Return Policy
1. General Principles
Northbull Imports Oy / Maskin & Truckex AB (the "Operator") acts solely as a trading platform, service provider, and payment intermediary between the Customer and the foreign Manufacturer.
The Operator is not the seller, importer, manufacturer, or reseller of any product. The contractual relationship for the purchase of goods, including warranties, claims, and liabilities, is established directly between the Customer and the Manufacturer.
Accordingly, the Operator does not assume responsibility for returns, cancellations, or defects in the products supplied by the Manufacturer.
2. No Right of Withdrawal or Return
All products ordered through the Operatorâs platform are custom-manufactured or individually specified according to the Customerâs requirements.
For this reason:

No statutory right of withdrawal or return applies.

Once an order is confirmed and paid, it is binding.

The Customer cannot return the product for a refund, exchange, or credit.
- Because the products are manufactured to order, they are not subject to the 14-day right of return.
This exclusion applies both to business Customers and to consumer Customers, as the goods are manufactured and supplied directly by the Manufacturer abroad under an international sales contract.
3. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible if the Manufacturer expressly consents in writing.
If the Manufacturer accepts cancellation, the Customer is responsible for all resulting costs, including but not limited to:

Manufacturing costs already incurred,

Administrative and documentation fees,

Freight and logistics costs,
-
Customs clearance and handling charges,
-
Payment intermediary or banking fees,
-
Any Manufacturerâs cancellation penalties.
The Operator is not obliged to reimburse the Customer for any payments or costs under any circumstances.
4. Complaints and Problem Situations
If issues arise with the product (e.g. defects, delays, or quality concerns), the Customer must address them directly with the Manufacturer, who is the contracting and selling party.
The Operator may, at its discretion, assist the Customer in communication with the Manufacturer or in preparing claims, but:

The Operator acts only as a facilitator,

The Operator has no liability for the Manufacturerâs response, actions, or omissions,

The Operator cannot guarantee compensation, repair, or replacement.
5. Warranties
If the Manufacturer provides a warranty, the terms and enforcement of such warranty are exclusively between the Customer and the Manufacturer. The Operator is not a party to the warranty and assumes no responsibility for its validity, coverage, or enforcement.
6. Final Provisions
By placing an order and making payment, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that:

The Operator is not a contracting party to the sale of goods,

No return or withdrawal rights apply,

Any remedy must be pursued directly against the Manufacturer,

The Operatorâs role is limited to acting as a platform, payment intermediary, and logistics coordinator.
