Warranty and spare parts services

Warranties:
We do not act as the manufacturer or the importer of the products, but we assist our customers with the practical arrangements related to warranty and spare parts matters to machines purchased through our trading platform

Any warranty-related inquiries or needs during the warranty period are handled through us: we provide the customer with the necessary instructions, forward the relevant information to the manufacturer, and connect the customer directly with the factory.
We support the process and aim to ensure smooth communication between the customer and the manufacturer.

Spare parts:
If an original manufacturer spare part is required for the machine, the customer may contact us by providing the details of the purchased machine. We assist in identifying the correct spare parts and forward the order to the manufacturer. Spare parts are delivered according to the customer’s preferred delivery method, in accordance with the manufacturer’s procedures.
