Northbull Imports provides a platform for customers to purchase machines directly from trusted manufacturers. The service is intended for businesses and adults in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fee structures.
Ordering
Products are ordered through the Northbull Imports website by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Northbull Imports acts as a facilitator and support partner, not the manufacturer or final supplier. All customer information is handled confidentially. By placing an order, you agree to our privacy policy.
Once payment is confirmed, the order is forwarded to the factory. Northbull Import monitors the order process and supports the customer with communication and logistics coordination throughout.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Products are delivered directly from the manufacturer, typically to Port of Göteborg, unless the customer selects another delivery address. Northbull Imports can assist in arranging final delivery to the customer's location for an additional fee. Customers may also organize pickup or onward transport from the port themselves.
Shipping costs depend on the factory location, delivery destination, product size and product weight and if it is a special transport or transport of dangerous goods. The total shipping fees are displayed during checkout and/or on the order confirmation. Northbull Imports is not responsible for logistics arrangements made by the manufacturer but provides support in selecting suitable shipping options or provides shipping services fully or partly byself.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer, product availability, and chosen delivery method. The estimated delivery time of the product must always be confirmed based on the current shipping situation and the production schedule provided by the factory at the moment of purchase. Customized or made-to-order machines may have significantly longer lead times.
Northbull Imports is not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer or shipping companies. However, we actively monitor shipments and keep customers informed of any changes or disruptions.
